Shipping & Handling

  1. When will my order ship?

    Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e. Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

    We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case,  notify you of this delay immediately.

    If you'd like to request a specific delivery time, please email us at Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order.

  2. Through what carrier do you ship?

    We use FedEd, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Speedpost for all domestic pincodes and domestic shipping is free for orders above Rs. 500. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.

    You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. Please click here to track your shipment using tracking number or your order number.

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to selected countries. Please email us at and we will provide you with shipping rates and transit times.

  4. Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?

    While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are facing any issues with the receipt of your parcel.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchange

  1. I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?

    No worries at all! We understand you may change your mind every now and then (with so many baubles around us, it happens to us all the time!) We are happy to offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with online refunds for online payments and credit for COD payments) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.

    The only exception is for personalized pieces or SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Your return shipping charges will be free if you choose to use our logistics partners.

  4. How will I know if you've received my return package?

    Once you send us your parcel, please allow for two weeks for your package to arrive and for us to process your refund.

  5. I want something that's sold out! What should I do?

    You can simply click on the "Notify Me" button and fill in your contact details. If we're able to restock that item, you'll be sure to get a call or email from us!


Payment and Billing

  1. What modes of payment do you accept?

    We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, Paypal and Cash On Delivery.

    For international orders, we only accept credit card payments, which are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR) and Paypal.
